PRESERVATION OF SURROUNDINGS
Trees removed from the site were cut and stored locally. From there, City Bench, of Higganum, CT refurbished the wood to create much of the interior furniture in our Great Room Bar area, as well as reclaimed wood outside our elevator area.
AMENITIES AMONGST NATURE
Resident of The Burrow have a one-of-a-kind natural amenity in their backyard. The Green Distrcit’s “Nature Trail” is a 1/2 mile long trail that runs adjacent to The Burrow. Featuring built plank-bridges over creeks and trailheads, it’s a natural escape for those wanting to connect with nature.
GREEN WITHOUT THE ENVY
Over 1,000 live interior plants throughout the common areas and amenity spaces recycle the CO2 each day. These plants are nurtured and cared for by a local arborist.

Each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of solar that is generated will substantially reduce greenhouse gases like CO2, as well as other dangerous pollutants. Here, at The Burrow – solar panels have been installed along Simarano Drive on top of our carports as well as the rooftop.
